    The Courtyard Louisville Airport is an excellent choice for those arriving late at night with its 24-hour shuttle service. The rooms and common areas are beautiful and well-maintained. The only downs (Read More)ide is the uncomfortable pullout couch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located near the Exhibition Centre for kids Basketball events and Churchill Downs. The hotel also offers plenty of food and drink options, including a bar and Starbucks. Overall, it's a clean and convenient place to stay.

    I had book for two night. When we check in it was about 6 in the evening. We left the next morning to go to a show and we got check out of our hotel. This is after we had done paid for 2 nights.

    Service on calling about my statement ,no communication about a 50.00 hold charge card and it would take7 to 10 days to be embursed. CS said all motels charge a fee for this booking that is not true at all,!,

    Great location, great hotel for a great price
    This location was very easy to find. The parking was ample and secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. I used the wifi to work remotely and it was perfect. No disconnections at all. I enjoyed my stay.
    I really didn't like the small refrigerator energy saver mechanism. Basically for the entire 3 nights I had to remember to push a button to turn on the refrigerator for a 2 hour or 8 hour timeline. I had items that needed to be refrigerated the entire time of my stay, so didn't like that feature. Other than that, the room was perfect.

    Nice hotel. Perfect for us.
    Rooms were clean and comfortable.
    The front desk lady was very blah. I walked in and she didnt even say hello or welcome. She just wanted my name and ID. Gave me my room key and pointed to where the elevator was. However, there a very kind and helpful young man who helped us with our luggage. He saw that I was there with my older parents and he grabbed a luggage cart and just handled it. Helped get everything to our room!

    When I called to make the reservation, they said that they take cash. And when I got there to pay with cash and they said they don't take cash. So I won't be staying there ever again. I am not happy with that hotel ever again.
