    Great location, good value and good restaurant
    Trip was ruined by the non return of jewellery left in the room! Reported where the items were left and they were never found! Disappointing as they had great sentimental value having been bought for me by my late mum

    Should mention that access to the rooms is via a steep staircase.

    Delicious dinner and comfortable bed.
    The room was a good size, the bed was really comfortable, the waffle dressing gowns were a nice touch, the mini bar was well stocked. The heating/climate control worked efficiently and quickly. We needed somewhere close to Town Quay and the location could not have been better. Dinner was delicious!!

    More 4 star in addition the cleaner missed human matter smeared on the bathroom wall
    High finish to bedroom and friendly chatty staff
    Its not a 5 star hotel its 5 star rooms over a restaurant without a dedicated reception. My stay was somewhat ruined by human faeces being smeared in the bathroom wall near the toilet roll. The cleaner had missed it - not good.
