Not everything is great

The staff at the reception were very helpful, helped us quickly if there were any questions. Upon check-in, they improved the room, they gave us a room with a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom.

We were given a smoking apartment, although I asked and wrote about a non-smoking apartment, the smell of smoking is disgusting. When we checked into the room, there was only one set of towels, but we were 2 people.
