Superb

This was a great hotel with nice staff, clean rooms and good food.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Blthe included breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods.i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the the city.

I could hear people in neighboring rooms. I couldn't make out what they were saying, but I could tell they were talking to one another.

The front desk clerk was rude, the ceilings were thin we heard children running all night. The free breakfast was depressing. Find another property to stay at. This aint it.

Overall okay, the nasty staff encounter didn't leave a great impression.

Overall room was fine and clean. It was close to Crown Center and T-Mobile Center.

Room showed its age, some water damage in the bathroom. Beds were pretty firm, which was too hard for my comfort. Most of the staff were pleasant and polite. Overnight concierge was not pleasant or helpful. My spouse asked for regular coffee one night, and was told all they had at the front desk was decaf coffee. No offer to look on the housekeeping cart or anywhere else until I went down and asked if there really was no regular coffee in the hotel. She said she would have to go downstairs and was very put off by the request. I had to ask several times when I should check back. She called about 20 min later to say she couldn't find any. I didn't think she bothered to look. Extremely rude for such a small request. She wasn't interested in being wrong. I saw regular coffee on the housekeeping cart when we were checking out the next morning.

Breakfast was very good both days plenty of options Hotel very clean! Location was excellent, loved proximity to KC streetcar, we didnt have to drive once we got there
