    Visitors enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff at the spa and bar, and found the bar well-supplied despite being noisy. The spa was described as good and well-appointed. A conference attendee prai (Read More)sed the clean, well-equipped conference room with comfortable seating and good refreshments. Easy access from major roads, plenty of parking, and a quiet, clean bar and restaurant on site were also noted. Overall, the venue was recommended for future conferences.

    Uneventful, nothing to blow you away.
    Convenient location for Basingstoke, stay here on a regular basis for work purposes.
    Seem to be quite short staffed at times, Sometime feels like its a bit too much like hard work when asking for anything.

    Breakfast was good, location and staff great
    Room was too hot and only one set of towels. It was supposed to be Superior Room not convinced it was. Soundproofing was horrendous so bad nights sleep. Shower was atrocious..shocking for a hotel in this day age to have such a trickle out of a tiny shower head!

    We booked this hotel As our Christmas party was being held there
    The divan part of the bed was broken but disguised under a pile of fluffy bed linen. Was the worst nights sleep weve ever had in a hotel. Hotel is dated and not worth the nightly rate they are charging.

    Very good overall. pretty much what I was expecting
    Overall, it was a comfortable stay and had a very nice view out in to the court, bathroom was very nice
    The carpet is very heavily stained definitely needs replacing and the AC was not working right.

    Very tired and needs decorating, would not say it is a 4star place. Had parties on so was very loud and was awake into the early hours. Breakfast overpriced and cold, not a great experience
