It was a beautiful theme. Well presented and a decent price. It was super clean and the staff treated us superbly.

They messed up the drinks order everytime. But we just found it funny, until we had to pay. It should be noted we didn't complain, they offered us this themselves. All our drinks were free and 25% off the cost of dinner. A very very generous offer of goodwill. If that's normal, they can mess our drinks up the next time we come. Thank you

Comfortable, clean rooms, good ambiance in restaurant.

We felt the evening meal was overpriced compared to the many places we have stayed around the country. There was no issue with the quality but thought it was expensive especially when the discretionary 12.5% service charge was added. The staff were very good and attentive so it was difficult not to pay the extra charge.

It wasnt clear where to get your room key had to ask The room door was hard to get in Very expensive everything is extra Given a shower wanted a room with a bath Noise at night pump or heating system Dinner was piled on the plate so much you couldnt possibly eat it all Given table by the door so every time opened got a draught Wanted to check out they had locked the door so had to wait to return the door key
