A great stay in a warm and welcoming place. We will be staying again.
We checked in on a freezing cold night and received a very warm welcome. Staff lovely and very obligating. Helped us to the room with a very heavy case. The room was warm and ready and the breakfast was lovely.

Rooms are super cozy and the decoration is perfect!
Views of countryside from the rooms are beautiful.
We didn't like our first room (too noisy right above the restaurant) and we were offered a new, much better room straight away - very accommodating!
Check in not so welcoming. There is no one to greet you upon arrival and we had to wait a while to be acknowledged and checked in as staff were distracted with restaurant customers.

Lovely country pub in the middle of nowhere
We really enjoyed our stay at the Jack Russell. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. There was ample parking and friendly staff.
Our room was above the kitchen which was fine but very noisy. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the music that was playing in the kitchen could be heard throughout the restaurant as well. It killed the otherwise very relaxed and peaceful vibe. It didnt detract from our stay and as soon as the kitchen closed we had a very good sleep.
