    Architecture was good
    Had to ask for coffee every morning in the room. The lamp was not working and had to remind staff to fix it. Drinks and meals were very expensive and not great quality.

    Thoroughly enjoyable
    The Hotel is extremely well located for exploring the city on foot. The garden room we had was delightful and we imagine the private patio garden would be beautiful in the summer. Breakfast was amazing (one of the best we have had). Both male receptionists we dealt with were polite and helpful as was the female attending the bar. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. All in all an excellent stay

    Wouldnt waste your money, other hotels available
    Good location
    We had no hot water or any running water for that matter, a little out of the tap. We paid a lot of money and unable to use the facilities. I was given 25 but this isnt good enough I think a full refund would have been more appropriate. Evening staff were unhelpful

    Fell below expectations on service and quality
    Room was very clean and comfortable, location of the hotel is great.
    Service and quality of food in bar and restaurant was poor by traditional Hotel Du Vin standards. Poor value for money at a premium rate.
