Spa - We were informed on arrival that the pool was closed which I understand was a health and safety reason, however, I do feel I should have been told before I arrived so I could change my stay date.
Robes - It was not mentioned we needed to get robes from reception, so once we called the spa to check we made our way to reception to be told they had no robes. Staff were unhelpful and gave no alternative.
Changing rooms - These were not overly clean and majority of the lockers were in use, or broken, which was a problem when wanting to lock away belongings. The spa floor was also extremely slippery.
Room service - We called down about 6:00 to order room service for dinner, however, we were told we would only be able to have a sandwich or panini as chefs were getting ready for the evening. This should have been made clearer so that alternative plans could have been made.
Breakfast - When booking through this website, it looked clear to me that breakfast was included (especially for the price!) Although when I went down to eat, staff asked me if I wanted to pay before or after. I spoke with reception who told me that booking through this website is not personally recommended as it is confusing and staff were dismissive to the subject.
When checking out, I mentioned the concerns to a member of staff, who again was dismissive and suggested I book again to be upgraded!
