Guests appreciated the attentive service and comfortable (Read More) rooms, with special mentions for the front desk staff and the breakfast buffet. Some guests mentioned their desire for more variety in the fruit options, specifically mangoes. The only drawback mentioned was the need to travel for nearby restaurants and cafes.     Good for the price.
    Location is good distances from the airport and the center. We didnt want to be in the middle of all the noise / craziness. Distance wise and price is good.
    The rooms do need a little TLC. The view you see from your room if you choose an ocean view isnt the hotel pool. Thats from the rentals on the side.

    The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect (near both the airport and the old city), the room was comfortable, breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the pool.
    There should be umbrellas at the pool to provide shade. And towels, bathroom amenities, and bed linens could be upgraded.

    Due the crazy exchange rate from USD to COP, we ended up paying almost $50 more in total, which was a terrible move on the hotels part. This could not be undone because of the USD to COP exchange rate of the hotel.
