    Everything was ok besides the covered up blood stains on the floor and outline of a body.
    Friendly staff and valet
    In room 911, There were blood stains dried on the floor that appeared to be from a dead body which had my family and I disturbed. We were there for a cavs game and didnt have time to spend another hour trying to switch rooms.

    The stay was horrible and uncomfortable , Ill never book with them again.
    The area that the property was in was ok.
    My hotel door was open when i arrived back to the room. Security wasnt any help to make us feel safe to stay. We immediately packed up and left at 3:00am. The staff at the front desk was very mean and rude. The room was very outdated for the price we paid.

    Wonderful stay
    I loved the location!! We walked everywhere we needed to go!! The rooms were really big which was nice because you couldnt hear people in the hallway at all. Staff was very friendly, I would definitely stay here again
    The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, there were hairs on the floor and in the shower

    The breakfast and staff there.
    The first person who help in check in was not helpful. Room was not cleaned nor toiletries were completely restocked in room. No complementary waters in room. We had to ask and go get ourselves for toothpaste and waters and towels. With that service on 1st day we decided to not let the cleaning crew to enter our room for any reason since you guys were short of staff per from desk. At least the next person that will stay in that room will get full service I paid for.

    It was the perfect location for what we were staying downtown for. Concert venue was close as well as places to eat and
    The staff was very accommodating and very efficient but about all really friendly!
    No public restroom in the lobby area but the staff let me use a bathroom that they use.
