Disappointing

Last resort if you need over night lodging

The location was in walking distance of the event.

The driveway/entrance is not clearly marked. The evening desk person is rude and not welcoming or informative. Access to the parking lot is inserted by a street. The entrance is dark, dirty, dusty, and ceiling tiles are water damaged. The elevator is small and noisy. The ice machine was broken. The carpet was dirty as well as the baseboards and walls. The rates are only acceptable for location. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and the coffee was cold. The suite was a disappointment. Towels were stained as well as the living area furniture. Everything was dust covered ( desk, TVs, pictures, headboard, vents etc). Bathroom: toilet not clean, hair in jetted tub and shower.

Decent but needs work

Staff was helpful when needed and I was able to check in 30 minutes early.

Room smelled funky upon arrival, especially in the bathroom. Also, seems like they are in need of a reno, as myself and my guest have been there a few times over the years (17+) and have never noticed any chances to the place.

I liked the breakfast and location

The room was very small and not very clean. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. Someone's watch was under the dresser next to the bed.
