They have a huge amount of construction, which made for many areas of hotel to be closed, early morning construction workers down our hall making noise at 730am. For a 499.00 a night deluxe king room it was terrible. Coffee maker in lower shelf below tv, cord didn't allow to pull out enough to even put water in to make coffee. There was no room service with construction, which was awful.

Low capacity but placed the farthest from the elevator. No heads-up there would be construction right outside our window. Bathroom toilet was grade-school type at best. Had to hold the handle down for a good 10-15 seconds to flush it. Drinking glasses placed upside down on the Bathroom sink (EW!) No protective wrap! Dirty baseboards in Bathroom and I wouldn't shower there. Bar/dining area was underwhelming. 5 barstools and a bartender who could've cared less that we were there. Called the next day with a billing question, I was transfered to billing, got voice mail and NO ONE called back. I seriously doubt I'd book here again. The bed and pillows were the best part of our stay.

Room was nice. Bathroom was spacious. Good view. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Within walking distance of a lot of places and restaurants.

Restaurant service was horrible. One server for an entire dining room had to wait very long time to be served had to get our own utensils and my food was burned and I was told sorry about that.
