Stylish hotel with a good location
Seemed like reception and room service didn't really have a good handover. We had to call twice for an iron. Also, we ordered pizza and didn't get notified when it was delivered (even though we had given the reception a heads-up)

Pleasant place to stay in Bilbao
Very pleasant stay,near the Guggenheim and within walking distance of the old part.The room and bathroom were nice and big too! Would go again and next time,with my swimming suit to use the pool!!
Didn't have breakfast there as it was a little pricey - much better tea and toast in a caf nearby

Amazig hotel with great architecture and design, great location near Guggenheim Museum ( 5 minute walk) and a great park. Delicious and lot of variety at the breakfast!

By no means the hotel is 5 stars. Stuck in the 80s with super old furniture, worn down smelly rooms. What a waste of money for the value. Dont stay here go somewhere else. Oh and the hotel breakfast is 26 euros !!!!

ENJOYABLE STAY IN A COMFORTABLE ROOM, IN A WELL LOCATED HOTEL.
WE'VE BOOKED A PREMIUM ROOM, RIVER/STREET VIEW, VERY COMFORTABLE, INCL. A LARGE BATHROOM. THE VIEW WAS SUPERB. BED SIZE AND QUALITY EXCELLENT. BREAKFAST BUFFET GREAT BOTH IN TERMS OF QUALITY AND VARIETY! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF IN THE FRONT DESK! LOCATION WAS ALSO GREAT, FEW MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM A TRAM STATION AND ONE TRAM STATION AWAY FROM THE GUGGENHEIM MUSEUM.
THE STAFF IN THE BREAKFAST AREA DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH (WITH FEW EXCEPTIONS) AND WE HAD A COMMUNICATION ISSUE FOR ANY REQUEST OUT OF THE SELF-SERVICE BUFFET. F.I. ORDERING EGGS WAS DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING.
THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THE AGEING OF THE BUILDING WAS EVIDENT.
