The bathrooms of our rooms were a SHAME. It is realy not a standard for Intercontinental five stars hotel!
And they have some problem with towels. Missing quite every day.

Relaxing Break
I found the hotel to be just a little too big, access to beach took a long time. Room was goid and bed very confortable. On one occasion room was not cleaned up until 5 30pm when we had to report it even though the sign to clean was Turner on at 10.00am

The ambience, location, hospitality of the staff was excellent.
The maintenance part. The automation of the lights were not working and lights came on every 5 min. Could not sleep through the night. Electrician could not sort out the issue.

Some staff in the restaurant discriminate in the service between races. Treating Europeans and Americans better than Arabs. The price is too high.
