    The Gardens because I love flowers The service was excellent too, all the way from the concierge to the manager. The variety of Food on the menu
    What can be improved on is entertainment. You can have a variety of entertainment scheduled for each day, like live band instrumental, bigger and better entertainment clubs etc

    Beautiful pool area, nice pier with the opportunity to sit ouside or step into the Ocean Large variety of sporting activities Great Breakfast and Diner Decent Garden, very clean and well maintained
    Additional costs as "infrastructional fee" when checking out. Rooms, in particular the bathroom, have seen better times. Early check out at 10 am. Airport shuttle offered for 60$ one way

    The surroundings are beautiful and the food was good. The rooms are tired and would benefit from updating. The room was not clean when we have checked in, and there was a dirty towel in our bathroom. During the dinner the waiter clearly said that the wine is included in the price, however, later the hotel tried to charge us for the wine arguing that the waiter made mistake, however, we must pay. This become ugly very quickly and the manager Diana threatened not to allow us to leave the hotel until we pay. This is not the way to treat the guests in a 5 star hotel.

    Breakfast and Dinner was superb. Bed was two mattresses combined as queen size.
    Doors not sound proof, too much noise, electrical tripping noise. I didnt have a good sleep.
