    The SureStay Plus by Best Western Louisville Airport Expo is praised for its great location near the Kentucky expo center and airport. The exterior of the building may not be appealing, but the rooms (Read More) are impressive and recently renovated. The comfortable beds are a standout feature. Some minor inconveniences include low shower pressure and shared bathroom and entryway light switches. Overall, the hotel provides a surprisingly great stay and is recommended by guests. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The nearby amenities and easy airport access are additional positives mentioned.

    Charged $100 to my card even though it had been prepaid for damages that my occur. Did drop off but took three days.

    Nice but.
    One of the front desk staff was first rate!
    Unfortunately the others were less than friendly and just barely helpful... We only ask for house keeping twice in the week.. and both times they did nothing other than being towels ... And only once did they refill shampoo and coffee. I have still yet to receive my refund for the night we did not stay... The person who checked us out did not process it for 2 weeks... And now I'm having issues getting it back on my card.

    Friendly staff and good breakfast in a very convenient location to the Festival grounds
    Walking to the fairgrounds for Louder Than Life was very convenient. A few restaurants and bars nearby too. Nice open space next to the property. The kitchen was just right for a long weekend.
    Hate to say it but the 5x regular price for that weekend is crazy!

    Location was close and very convenient to the Expo Center, great value for the money, beds were comfortable. Will stay again for the next event at the Expo Center.

    BEST stay we've had anywhere.
    The breakfast was good. Our room was spacious and exceeded what we thought. We WILL be staying here again the next time we travel to the area.
    There was nothing we disliked. We had a pleasant stay and will encourage others to stay.

    Enjoyed the hotel & staff very much..
    Every employee we met were fabulous- the front desk person was amazing, housekeeping ladies(I assume) gave great advice for nice restaurants close by, great breakfast!!
    We wish we wouldve stayed longer..
