Very good

Condado was a really nice location Ocean view was beautiful New Years Eve celebration was awesome.

Beach was small and very unimpressive The room was always extremely cold with no possibility of making it comfortable.

Overpriced for a fair experience

Location and nice lobby and pool

Water from shower spread through the bathroom each time we took a shower. No room service when paying almost $500 per night. Breakfast place was a disaster. There was no table service.

Weird bathroom, no tub, and the shower was a glass box in the center with extremely low water volume for inadequate hygiene.

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing place to stay in.

I liked how the hotel had everything near by. Restaurants, bars, the beach etc..

I think the room needed alittle bit more cleaning. There was a dead water bug in the balcony when we arrived, the balcony door needed some cleaning and the curtains. The rest was fine.

Location

One elevator has been down forever. The poolside restaurant closes too early, and the poolside bar's drinks prices are extremely high. The prices were a lot less money, anywhere up or down the strip. It's no wonder the in-house restaurant and bar were completely empty.
