Great location and facilities. Excellent staff. Breakfast was great. Pool a reasonable size for central Mumbai.
Champagne at 6.30pm in the lobby was a nice touch. We had massages which were excellent. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was great, hotel was beautiful. But mainly Nikil was outstanding. I have traveled alot but never seen service like this anywhere. Very polite, accommodating and friendly. Very hard working.

Staff are very very attentive. Clean facilities, very well equipped spa area and gym.
Beautiful foyer area and good location.
The rooms may smell of cigs sometimes due to central ventilation.
My ac was not working that greatly, not much was done by the hotel about it.
