Is there snowfall in Bir Billing?
Bir is a less cold region than Billing. Billing is situated at a higher altitude of around 5,000 feet and observes heavy snowfall in the winter season, i.e., from December to March. The temperature goes down to minus as it starts to snow in the upper regions. The chilling winters at Bir Billing feature a five to six inch-thick sheet of snow that covers the land around. Also, it is very difficult to do paragliding if you are travelling in winter. So, avoid paragliding in Bir Billing during this time.
