Philharmonic Fountain, Baku Overview
Philharmonic Fountain is the centerpiece of Philharmonic Fountain Park, also known as Governor’s Park. It is located near Baku’s Old Town. Expanded in the early 20th century, the park features a summer pavilion and the striking neo classical fountain, designed by the French company Inter Art under the direction of President Ilham Aliyev. The fountain blends harmoniously with the charming city walls and ornate gates that surround the area.
