Founded in the year 2009, the El Paseo Community Garden was formed by the collective efforts of several volunteers and donations. The garden stretched across an acre of land and offers food forest, public gathering spaces, monarch butterfly prairie, and gardening.
Visitors are offered several individuals and collective beds for gardening. Not only is the garden responsible for growing healthy foods, but, also partners with the local organization to unite the neighborhood by conducting numerous programs and events.
