National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture was founded in 2000 by members of Chicago’s Puerto Rican Community and local supporters of art and culture. It is the only museum in the States dedicated to the promotion, integration, and advancement of Puerto Rican arts, culture, and tradition. The museum holds visual arts exhibitions, community education, and festivals. Various artworks from artists such as Osvaldo Budet, Antonio Martorell to Ramon Frade Leon are featured in the exhibits.
