Kiest Park, Dallas Overview
Built around 1930 in the southern part of Dallas, Kiest Park is one of the most popular parks in the city when it comes to adult and youth sports activities. It houses 16 hard tennis courts, a championship softball complex and auxiliary softball fields, a baseball field, a soccer complex, and volleyball courts.
There is also a pro shop, recreation centre, stone field house and memorial areas on the grounds. Picnic tables, garden areas, grilling stations and drinking fountains make for a great picnic experience. The thick trees, creek and the natural trail are a treat for nature lovers. Some of the other facilities available to visitors are outdoor restrooms and portalets along with parking spots.
