Nilaveli is warmest in May, June and July; the temperature varies between 26°C and 36°C in the summers. Like any other coast, the nights are cold and the days are warm. November to May are the best months to visit Nilaveli. July and August see tourists from across the globe and hence would be advisable to soak a tan between January and May.
