 There is only one departure daily from phuket at 5 in the evening. Buses usually depart from Phuket Bus Terminal 2 and arrive at Pattaya Bus Terminal. The journey involves overnight travel and reaching Pattaya the following day.

Operators
Sawasdee All Thai is the only operator that runs a direct bus service from Phuket to Pattaya. They provide comfortable seats with onboard amenities.  Their coach has two types of seating, VIP32 at the upper deck and VIP24 at the lower deck, with different prices.

Alternative Route Via Bangkok

There is also the alternative option of taking a bus or taxi to Bangkok and then taking a bus from Bangkok to Pattaya.

Departure Points
Buses usually depart from Phuket Bus Terminal 2 (Phuket Bus Terminal 2—Thepkasatri), which is located in Phuket Town.

Duration
The journey duration takes approximately 12-14 hours.

Operators and Fares
Multiple bus companies operate on this route, offering varying comfort levels and different types of services and seats. The fares usually range from  TBH 620 to THB 960. Buses usually make stops for restroom breaks and meals along the way.

Bangkok to Pattaya
Departure Points
Buses depart from Ekkamai Bus Terminal, Mo Chit Bus Terminal, and Southern Bus Terminal and reach Pattaya bus terminal. Buses run throughout the day, and there is a bus in every 30 minutes. All terminals are accessible by public transportation such as taxis, buses, BTS (Skytrain), or MRT (Subway).

Duration
Typically around 2-3 hours depending on traffic conditions. 

Operators and Fares
The fares are generally between 220 to 400 THB depending upon the class of service and availability, and several bus operators provide services on this route. Buses are generally equipped with air conditioning and may offer onboard toilets.
