Vinpearl Safari

Vietnam's first open safari park, 380 hectares of semi-wild enclosure in the north of the island, crossed by bus rather than on foot. The conservation record is real: it breeds southern white rhino, took in 26 rescued Asian black bears, and is the quarantine site for a European programme returning the Vietnam pheasant, a bird last recorded in the wild in 2000.

The open zoo houses primates like the silver langur and the macaque, majestic Asian elephants, Arabian antelopes, pronghorns, black antelopes, white tigers, lions, camels, and hyenas. There is also a bird park with gardens themed after peacocks, flamingos, storks, and blackbirds. Aside from the safari experience, Vinpearl Safari typically offers additional facilities like restaurants, souvenir shops, and amenities. The wildlife park and safari section follow international safari models, and visitors can experience a slice of life in the wild as the animals roam freely in the area. It emphasizes conservation and education to raise awareness about wildlife protection and preservation.
