Beau Vallon, Seychelles Overview

Beau Vallon is the largest and most popular beach of Seychelles, located around 3 kms from Victoria, on Mahe. With white sand and crystal clear water, it is famous for snorkelling, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving and jet ski. Beau Vallon is the only beach in Seychelles where motorized water sports are permitted.

The shoreline of Beau Vallon has a wide array of beach stalls, shops, hotels and restaurants. The majority of the travellers stay near Beau Vallon resulting in the area being well-developed with tourist infrastructure. The water here is shallow and ideal for swimming. How to Reach Beau Vallon

  • Beau Vallon beach can be reached by SPTC (Seychelles Public Transport Corporation) buses running from Victoria, SEZ Airport, or any part of Mahe island. A one-day ticket costs around SCR 7.
