Home to the famous 13th century Sri Krishna Temple, Udupi is religious town located in the southern Indian state of Karnataka. Well connected with the rest of the country , the easiest way to reach Udupi from Hyderabad is by flying to Mangalore airport and then taking a taxi to Udupi which takes about 1 hour. The drive between the two cities is extremely long.
The flight to Mangalore takes about 2 hours and the taxi drive takes 1 hour. We suggest you book your flight tickets well in advance as there are only a couple of direct flights between the two cities in one day.
