I recently stayed at ARCH THE BAAKHLI , and while the location and staff were pl (Read More)easant, there are several areas that need immediate improvement. First, the hotel should provide a refrigerator in every room, as it is a basic amenity that many guests expect. The frequent power cuts were also very disappointing, as they happened repeatedly and affected the overall comfort of our stay. The biggest concern was the jacuzzi. When we filled it with water, hair and different types of insects came out, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly. This was very unhygienic and completely spoiled the experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and room facilities. With better attention to these issues, the hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience for its guests.
