Was lovely, got what I paid for.
The bed was really comfy and so was the pillows. Really lovely staff was helpful when my booking went wrong. Really fast food service too we ordered drinks and got them within 3 minutes and food not long after.
    Nothing.

Greeting on arrival was a smiling young lady, great glass of wine and a nice atmosphere
The toilet was so close to the wall in front, I had to sit sideways, (I'm 5'6") basin was filthy, foul stench from sink, (I put the plug in and stuffed the overflow with paper but the stench filled the room). Tv didn't work with remote ( nor without) windows didn't close, so noise from busy road and carpark/guests/pub patrons. When I asked for help, Will came and told me he knew about the TV and was waiting for it to be fixed (didn't inform me on check in though!) He had to get up onto the bay of the window and was still unable to close the windows. I requested a move but was told they are fully booked. I didn't bother with breakfast as the state of my room made me question the kitchen. Sorry to be negative, staff were fine, the building needs urgent help!

Room was freezing cold when we arrived.heating hadnt been put on and bathroom heater wasnt working so we had to leave the door open to warm it up. Only one bath towel between us for a shower. Double glazing missing on one window so traffic noise outside was very loud as we were right on the main road. PLACE WAS A little tired and could do with a bit of tlc
