The manager Bobby lied on the report saying my dog destroyed the room when my service animal didn't.. he did that because my animal escaped when I went to smoke a cigarette... I called u guys and u said I had a choice to pay the 180.. I told them it was straight lies and my dog never destroys anything... I cleared the room before I left and everything was in tack.. a few days later my girlfriend rented a room to stay and Bobby seen us there .. let us pay for the room and all n her name not mine bc she's her own customer... I told Bobby I'ma grab food when I come back show me the pictures of the supposed destroyed room... When I came back Bobby locked us out our room with our stuff in it.. he never gave me no no warning or email nor said anything to me prior to me about my animal doing anything of the such a thing.. then once again sneaky Bobby who thinks he runs the company quietly n sneakily again locked us out the room told the lady at the front desk to say he went home while he hid in the back for her to deal with the madness after he broke rules.. then we had to get police escorted out for no reason all bc of Hampton inn manger who thinks he runs the place.. I'm so embarrassed this happened to me n my woman and she had nothing to do with this..that's twice that man Bobby did sneaky stuff. Idk how he's their manager handle customers in such a way.. I believe he is a racist and discriminating against me.. I need to speak to a higher up bc something has to be done asap
