Bab Al Qasr offers comfortable rooms, delicious food & excellent facilities at an affordable price.

In a beautiful location with a breathtaking view, Bal Al Qasr hotel was spacious, comfortable and an experience to repeat. The staff were very cordial and service oriented and the food was very good.

There was not a single particular item that I did not like, maybe except for the price that can moderate a bit. With a lower price, the facility can benefit and increase its appeal to those of us who like excellent touristic locations.

A fantastic weekend in Abu Dhabi, Lovely apartment and great location

The apartment was fantastic, we have stayed in the hotel before so we knew the location was great. Breakfast and the facilities that we used were perfect.

We had a slight problem at check-in, my wife and I are UAE residents, but our guests from the UK didn't have passports with them (we had travelled from Dubai) so the reception were not happy. In the event we got checked in, but is is probably worth noting the requirement for Passports at check-in

Stunning view

Amazing view ,spacious,excellent service Ifti was very helpful the bell boy, and at the restaurant artisan have a delightful smile Jesselyn polite and sweetthe food was delicious and assorted definitely will be back .

They did not allow us to check out at 4:00pm

In general, I had a very good time while staying at the BAQ Hotel. The hotel's location, the view from the room, and the hotel staff were amazing!!! The breakfast was very good and offered a variety.

There are only minor negative aspects regarding the room condition; it definitely requires some refreshing. The room was not cleaned every day. On a regular basis, I only received new towels and bottles of water.

pool was very nice. the lobby was good

house keeping and guest services. the house keeping not helping in throwing food left over on dining area and dish cleaning. apartments need to have more appliances like dish washing machine or at least to provide soap and sponge. garbage pin is too small in the kitchen area. The parking near the residence entrance in B1 reserved for others which makes you park the vehicle either far or going to lower basements.

less utensils for a hotel apartment housekeeping team did not clean the utensils when we asked, then were provided with utensils to cook the food, but quantities were not up to the required expectation, given the value of money that we paid for
