Royal UNO - All Inclusive Resort & Spa

No slippers and no bathrobe. For the price Hilton charges the food could have been much better. Buffet was ok though didnt have the variety I expected; the busier it got, the worse it became, stations got empty and you had to wait quite a bit for it to refill. Had few instances of spoiled products, also they add margarine to so many dishes and it all have the same horrific sweat-coconut ish flavor (like pasta and steamed veggies were impossible to eat). Fruits were only for breakfast, they had salmon and white fish for breakfast first 5 days but then it disappeared . Italian restaurant was terrible - shrimp tortellini were basically just a thick dough with a tiny bit of cheese, was really looking forward to branzino as a fish fan but they served tilapia instead. Steak house was not great either. Another thing I didnt like was limited activities for kids. They have a kids club with a schedule but every time weve been there nothing was on. Didnt have any shows or discos or animators for kids either. Shows started at 9 pm, few were ok, few were just discos instead. Also weird location for shows in the limited space area on the roof of a bar with no cover from rain. Room windows and walls are very thin and it was extremely noisy in the room. Last day our daughter passed out early so we skipped the show which ended up being just people dancing and club music playing and we couldnt sleep as it was extremely loud in the room till 10.30. Water in the pool was often very cold, my daughter refused to swim. She loves slides and waterpark and they do have a nice mini waterpark there but the splash system and the bucket pouring water very harsh, our daughter went there but got so scared and cold that she didnt want to return again. Though not the hotel fault, there were red flags in the ocean during all 8 days we were there due to the strong waves so we couldnt enjoy the ocean at all.
