The buses depart from Krabi Town or Krabi Bus Terminal and arrive at Surathani bus station, from where you will have to travel to Donsak Pier to catch a ferry. To arrive at Donsak Pier, you can take buses, taxis, and shuttle buses, which are readily available outside the bus terminal.
