    Good value.
    Secure parking, quiet, good value and excellent food at the nearby restaurant. We received a lovely warm welcome from the owner. We will return to this hotel.

    Great stay at a fantastic price. Would happily stay again!
    Beautifully decorated for Christmas, bedroom was tidy and bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with generous shower and bath size.
    Wasnt able to turn on the towel radiator & hair dryer switch had previously been broken, so we are unable to use the hair dryer.

    Elegant friendly and very good value for money very near the metro centre
    Welcoming - very well appointed room with luxurious bathroom
    You have to go next door if you wanted breakfast although there is tea and coffee in the room

    Friendly welcome. Clean Room. Good wifi. Good distance from Gateshead. Good value for money
    bathroom was inconvenient across corridor but still very good value for money

    Lovely room worth every penny
    Lovely large room and very comfortable, the only issue was the radiator in the bathroom didnt work and as we were late arriving and going out we had no time to find the staff to report it.

    The location is fine if like most you have a car/transportation but if on foot bear in mind it is not so easy
