    The Leonardo Hotel Exeter, formerly Jurys Inn, offers lovely, clean rooms with comfortable beds and helpful, friendly staff. It is conveniently located close to the city centre. Guests appreciate the (Read More) lack of noise from traffic once the windows are closed. Overall, it is a nice and cosy hotel with a decent buffet breakfast. Special mentions were given to the friendly staff at the bar.

    very handy location and would definitely return
    breakfast was very good quality and staff were kind at reception and the cleaning and breakfast waiting staff. cleaning staff helped me find my phone charger. reception staff were clear and freindly I saw waiting staff treat more vulnerable visitors with great respect at breakfast - so extra points there, shower oom was newly decrorated
    room not spacious was totally fine given price bracket

    Helpful and friendly staff, great cocktails on New Years Day
    We were upgraded to superior rooms which were very nice decorated, and even had a small refrigerator in one of the rooms
    Lack of information regarding disabled parking at the hotel if you have a Blue Badge. We were surprised to find that the bar was shut when we arrived back on New Years Eve just after 10 pm.

    Clean. Easy to check in and out. Parking opposite
    Room facilities were not great. Shower had no pressure and was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Room was very very hot!

    Super hotel amazing beds ! Great location!
    The staff were very friendly ( apart from the check in girl ) and the beds were super comfortable! The room was quiet ( apart from one unknown guest down the corridor who kept on screaming 2 nights running ?! ) The room was very clean .
    The checkin girl could have been more welcoming and helpful and the screaming guest kept the noise down
