    An outstanding all inclusive resort
    A very nice all inclusive resort.
    Lack of vegetarian options. It would help to have veggie burgers and other tofu options as well for lunch and dinner buffets.

    I had a great vacation whit my family.
    The facilities are excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and pools. There are a lot of activities that you can do whit your family.
    The shuttle takes more than 30 Minutes to pass. So you need to wait to move from one side to another or you need to walk long distance because the hotel is so big.

    We really enjoyed our family vacation.
    The facilities are great and there are a lot of restaurants that offered excellent food. They have a lot of activities that you can do for all ages.
    The shuttle takes a long time to pass. You need to wait around 30 min to move from one place to another. The elevators at the lobby are very far from the restaurants. If you want to access to the jacuzzi you need to pay at the sauna, but if you do it you wont regret it.

    Our stay in this resort ended up with robbery. All cash that we brought was stolen from us while we were sleeping. We are disappointed in the hotel's reaction to being burglarized and the lack of safety they provided us for our stay. After reporting burglary to the security department we were given a report that was modified by the employees that shows when the door to our room was opened and closed. Report showed no opening during the robbery which is a fake information. After arriving back to United States our laywers will sent a request to hotel management to provide us documents of the process of making and modifing the report.

    Definitely recommend!
    Loved the resort! The food was really tasty and had a good variety of dishes, I stayed for 5 nights and booked 4 nights for the speciality restaurants, I booked on the app and managed to get exactly what I wanted, if you book in advance its quite easy. The staff are really friendly and hardworking, the resort is huge and takes a lot of hard work to keep it up to standard . The entertainment was great as well, always things going on for all ages! I loved the wildlife at the resort, the monkeys, the coatis and the deers, just having the animals roaming naturally around is amazing! I would definitely go back

    All inclusive hotel but feels like for backpackers
    Old hotel just like a legend that moulds every corner. Some staff forcedly offer help for tips and some expect u to give tips voluntarily or else no service coming from them. The food so tasteless and the drink with less alcohol. Even worst, when I lost my sexy shoe after they cleaned my room just a day before I left, the staff at first blame on me opened the balcony for the wild animal, who could be a thief. Apparently, the cleaners didnt put my staff in the right position. Last but not least, the room view I got actually facing the trees that I cant see the pool unless leaning forward

    extremely poor customer service from from desk, top management is very poor
    choices were limited in food
    restaurants needed reservations which were impossible and we had to only eat at the buffet which was poor quality. We had to fight to get rooms next to each other when traveling with children and no bell boy was offered at check in or check our and we had to walk long distances with bags. I stayed here 10 years ago, the place is still good but the customer service is terribly dismal

    Upsell upgrade to Platinum (not worth it) and charge extra for way to much even after "upgrading".
    Beautiful resort, friendly staff.
    Upselling for everything and even when you "upgrade" to Platinum, they still charge you (ALOT) for things they said would be included if you "upgraded" to the Platinum. Food was lukewarm everywhere, not just the buffets.

    Great resort, except for the pests!
    Lots of great stuff at this resort, we found the food always very good (unless you went to the buffet a little too late), the drinks tasty, the beach beautiful, and while beach chairs ran out quickly, there was always pool chairs. The staff were nice and we enjoyed hanging out in the sports bar at night or sitting in the courtyard. It's a huge resort but honestly I enjoyed walking, it helps break up the day and it never felt super overcrowded. I'm a vegetarian and I always had enough to eat, but it would be nice if the hamburger station had a veggie burger. The room was good, air-con worked well and it was always clean when we got back. Overall not a lot of complaints, just one, those dang coatis!

    The coatis!!! On day one you're like "aww, they're cute", day two you're like "okay please leave me alone" and by day 3 you're like "Eff off!!!!". They broke into our room twice, even though we had the doors closed and we were on the 3rd floor. You couldn't set your drink down for a second or it would come to steal it. You couldn't pack a banana in your backpack for the beach or they would drag your entire bag into the forest, we saw it happen. There were times when I couldn't relax because they were hopping onto my lounger trying to get stuff. I honestly don't know if I'd return to this resort because they just suck. I really wouldn't get a swim up room because you can't even use it since if the door is unlocked the coatis can get in, it defeats the purpose.
